Parenting can be one of the most rewarding and challenging journeys — especially when you’re working to heal and raise children at the same time. Parenting con Corazón is a supportive, skills-based therapy group designed for parents who want to emotionally connect with their children and break cycles of generational trauma.
This closed group offers a safe space to:
- Understand your reactions and triggers
- Explore and meet unmet needs
- Practice attunement and emotional regulation
- Work through shame, guilt, and repair
- Learn to connect instead of control
This work can feel lonely — but you’re not alone. Together, we’ll create a path forward that honors your healing, your history, and your hopes for your family.
Meets Online: Saturdays at 10:00 a.m.
Duration: 6 weeks, starting August 30th
Length: 90 minutes per session
Group Size: Closed group of 4–6 parents
Languages: English or Spanish

Pay-As-You-Go: $60 per session
Full Series (2 Payments): $130 x 2
Pay In Full & Save: $310 total
